they apparently struck a deal to take over the company.
When they realised that they could not continue the operations
because of the huge amount stolen, shareholders were informed that
the company was being taken over
by a new owner ~ apparently someone from royalty.
Is this true?

Shareholders were told that they would receive their capital back
in installments over several years. Is this another lie?

The management claim they have made police reports.
What is happening with the investigations? Will the victims get justice?

The shareholders have been lied to again and again.
Now IRC has changed its name to
Pg Red Cafe and have disabled the old website.
Shareholders and members are unable to login to their accounts.

Where are the owners and management who made all those promises?
